Proximy is a subscription-based platform that charges a monthly or yearly fee for proxy services. Service prices vary and are charged on a monthly or yearly basis.
Our monthly plan is a month-to-month, billed in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis. A monthly plan automatically renews every month. You are charged once per month on the renewal day, which is the same day of the month on which you signed up for the plan.
Our annual plan is a year-to-year, billed in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis. A yearly plan automatically renews every year. You are charged once per year on the renewal day, which is the same day of the year on which you signed up for the plan.
You have the right to access the proxies and use them for as long as your subscription remains in an 'Enabled' state. You may also cancel at any time before the end of your paid-up period. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made before the end of the paid-up period. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will be placed into a 'Cancelled' state, and proxies purchased with that subscription will be available until the end of the billing period.
You have the right to renew the subscription if it is in a 'Canceled' state, and the subscription billing period has not ended. Subscription related proxies will be completely removed from your account if you do not renew your subscription before the end of the billing period.
If you attempt to chargeback your payment ― we will submit evidence, including your account usage information, and your proxies will be removed from your account immediately. Please only pay for services if you need or want them.
You need to have a BHW account which is not fresh and have some reputation in order to request a free one hour trial. However, we have a right to not provide a trial if we found it too risky for us.
If we are unable to bill your account payment method, your subscription will be placed into a 'Canceled' state, and you will not have access to subscription-related proxies.
We strictly do not allow any illegal internet activity with our proxies. We have the right to ban your account without any money back in case of any illegal activity (like carding, scamming, fraud, etc.), and we will pass the proxy IMEI you used to the relevant legal authorities if requested. We also have the right to ban your account without any money back if harmful activity has been observed, like trying to damage our software, hardware, or SIM card with an enormous amount of unreasonable traffic.
When you make your first payment to Proximy, you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made following your service plan. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds of any payment submitted by you. The only reasons for a refund are when you are unable to connect to the proxy with our support's help in 3 days or we are unable to deliver the service for you anymore. To be fair, no other exceptions are made.
